GE Free Sonoma is a grassroots organization working to keep Sonoma County's farms, ecosystems and public lands free from contamination by genetically engineered (GE) organisms.

Farmers, gardeners, health professionals, chefs, business owners, teachers, local government officials and environmentalists - we are all united in working toward an ecologically and economically sustainable food and farming future that is free from the known and potential dangers of genetically engineered crops, fish, trees, bacteria, and other organisms.
